1. I am a tired nursing major with scary, dark circles under my eyes, limited knowledge, depleted time, and too much to study.

2. God is not tired, not scary-looking, omnipotent, outside of time, and never overwhelmed.

3. God, being omniscient, knew before He created the earth, the stars, the Pacific Ocean, the angels, the rings around Saturn, and the mustard seed, that I would be sitting here eons later (please pardon that expression, as I just mentioned that God is outside of time) being almost consumed by this busyness.

4. And He still called me here

5. Knowing my clinical schedule, my write-ups, my pathos, my profiles, my tests

6. Knowing I’d suck at pharmacology.

7. He still called me to be a nurse, to come to Liberty to get that education, to have the schedule I have…

8. So I am actively, purposefully choosing to trust in Almighty Creator God, who is faithful.

9. “even to your old age and gray hairs, I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” (Isaiah 46:4)

10. “For behold, He who forms the mountains and creates the wind, and declares to man what is His thought, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth— the LORD, the God of hosts, is His name!” (Amos 4:13)

11. Good decision.
