DONE!!!
Well, My ATI mastery exam was at 0800 today, and I made a level 2 proficiency on it, Which means alot of things for me. Firstly, that I dont have to take that awful test again. Secondly, that the level 2 proficiency translates to a 90 to be calculated into my final grade. Thirdly, that I passed with a B in Fundamentals, and pretty sure I made a B in Professional Concepts (Though im still waiting...

Im not even going to lie to you, You just made my day. Its nice to know I’m not the only one stressing out over everything. =] I am making myself get some sleep tonight. I’m putting paperwork off till later, even though I probably cant afford to.

I have come to this conclusion though. Given the way the instructors push us and pick apart our paperwork, and never give us a straight answer or they even give us 4 completely different answers, that the ultimate goal of nursing school (mine anyway), is not to do well and make the best grades possible; It is to survive, and for us to thrive when possible.

So here I am in the middle of the 10th week of my first semester of nursing school. I would like to say things have gone alright and Im hanging in there, but thats not the case. Im a care plan and a half away from pulling my hair out. I don’t eat like I should, sleep is non-exisitent, and becoming a complete germaphobe.
